So you are looking for official land documents for your property or land.

You may have questions about the process of getting hold of them or queries about how we operate to get your order completed.

Let’s look at some of the frequently asked questions.

                            What do we offer?

We provide a range of documents from the official record. The content and number of these documents can vary as each property is different.

Orders can include the following;

The Title Register - this shows ownership details of the property or Land.

The Title Plan is a simple visual representation of the land or property that is associated with your title number which is a unique series of letters and numbers that identifies your property.

and finally, we offer a conveyancing pack where we deliver all available leases, Charges, transfer deeds and conveyance information.

                            What is our process?

We start by looking at the details of your order. It always helps if you have provided the full address including postcode and note the title number if you know it.

Our highly trained agents match this information against what is held on the official record and send the documents via email.

On some occasions - documents will have to be sent by post in 5 to 10 working days.

If we cannot find the correct records - our customer service team will work through the options with you so we can identify the land or property you are looking for.

                                    Can you comment on documents?

It is quite common for customers to have questions about the information they find in their documents.

Perhaps they were expecting different details or they were expecting to find certain covenants, easements or more information on the boundaries of the property.

Unfortunately, we are not qualified to answer such questions as We can only send you what is available on the official record.

In these cases - we suggest taking professional legal advice where needed.
